Usage Limits

Each plan includes a monthly usage allowance.

Usage is counted when a substitution is successfully applied to an order.

What counts toward usage?

• Each substituted item counts as one usage

• Quantity-based substitutions count as one usage per order, not per unit

• Bundle substitutions count per substituted bundle component

What happens when you reach your limit?

• You won’t be able to add new substitutions

• Your existing rules remain saved

• You’ll see an upgrade prompt in the dashboard

Once you upgrade, substitutions resume automatically
